Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation Within 2 Hours of Placing the Order:
- You’ll incur payment gateway charges, which are as follows:
- 3% for UPI or Debit Card Payments
- 5% for Credit Card or Net Banking Transactions

- Cancellation After 2 Hours of Placing the Order:
- We’ll deduct 10% of the total order value or Rs. 100 (whichever is higher) as cancellation charges.
- Additionally, payment gateway charges will still apply:
- 3% for UPI or Debit Card Payments
- 5% for Credit Card or Net Banking Transactions
- Refund Timeline:
- You can expect the money to be refunded within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation request.

Replacement Policy
At Minchy’s, we prioritize your satisfaction. Here’s our straightforward product replacement process:
- Damaged Products or Breakages During Transport:
- If you receive a damaged product or notice breakages during transport, you’re eligible for a product replacement in such cases.
- Expiry Date Less Than 2 Months:
- If a product you’ve purchased has an expiry date of less than 2 months from the purchase date, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement.
- Processing Time:
- 3 to 5 business days for your replacement to be processed. During peak seasons, please allow up to 15-18 business days.
